Shipping policy

All artworks are original, one of a kind pieces and are shipped from our studio in Temecula, California.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like to purchase a piece, please email us at info@safooraterani.com before ordering and we will quote shipping for your location.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout using live FedEx rates for your address, based on the packed size and weight of the artwork, plus a $35 packing and handling fee. Options shown at checkout may include FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver and FedEx 2Day.

More than one artwork. Checkout calculates shipping for a single package. If your order contains more than one artwork, please email us before paying so we can quote the exact combined shipping cost. Any difference from the amount charged at checkout will be invoiced or refunded.

Very large works. Some large pieces exceed carrier size limits and carry oversize surcharges or require freight or a specialty art shipper. For these works the checkout rate is an estimate; we will confirm the final shipping cost with you before the piece ships and refund any difference.

Processing time. Artworks are packed and handed to the carrier within 3 business days of payment. You will receive tracking by email when the piece ships.

On arrival. Please inspect your package when it is delivered. If the box or the artwork shows any damage, photograph the packaging and the piece before unpacking further and email us within 2 business days of delivery. Please keep all packaging until the matter is resolved.

Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
