Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on any artwork.

Each piece is an original, one of a kind work of art. Please review the photographs, dimensions, medium and description carefully before purchasing, and email us at info@safooraterani.com with any questions before you buy. Colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person.

Damage in transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, email us within 2 business days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the damage, and keep all packaging. We will review each case individually and work with you and the carrier on a resolution.

Wrong item. If you receive a different artwork than the one you ordered, email us within 2 business days and we will arrange return shipping at our expense and send the correct piece.
